Quick Start Instructions

  1. If you are a new member of my website, then look for the email from [email protected] to confirm your email address.  Please add [email protected] & [email protected] to your address book as a friend, to help keep my emails out of spam.
  2. Download the "Kajabi Communities" application for your phone or tablet.  You can access the community through your mobile devices too using this easy to use application! Don't forget to turn on notifications so you don't miss an online live meetup!

  3. To Find Your Way Back Later:  Visit AlexianMusic.com and click "Log In" at the top of the page to access your account. Once logged in, go to the "Library" section and click your "Community" Circle to return to the community area.  📌 Bookmark that page and grab the free app for your phone—turn on notifications so you’ll always know when the next meetup is happening!
  4. Fill out your PROFILE within the community and add a PHOTO of YOURSELF.  If on a web browser, this is in the TOP RIGHT corner of the screen, under the dropdown menu, under ACCCOUNT SETTINGS.  (If you are using the mobile app, it's located in the VERY TOP LEFT MENU > (YOUR NAME) > MY PROFILE.
  5. Click on one of the CIRCLES (sub-groups) that you see on the left of the screen if on a web browser (or click CIRCLES at the bottom of the Mobile App) to participate in the conversation with other Cool Kat members.  Start by INTRODUCING YOURSELF in the "Paw Pal" CIRCLE, which everyone has access to.  Then, complete the CHALLENGE to Introduce Yourself, which is linked under #6 below. 
  6. DIRECT MESSAGE other Cool Kat members, by clicking on "Cool Kats" link, just above the Circles on a web browser, then click a specific person's name.  Once that opens, click the Paper Airplane symbol.  If on the mobile app, click Circles at the bottom of the app, then at the top right corner, you'll find a pencil/paper write icon.  Click that for a list of Community members and the ability to direct message them.
  7. Click on CHALLENGES, on the left of the screen (or click CHALLENGES at the bottom of the App), so you can join in on the current fun!  Introduce Yourself to the community and gain community points & win a badge! It's the first challenge you should complete!  Just click here!
  8. Click on MEETUPS, also on the left of the screen (or at the bottom of the App), to see a schedule of upcoming live virtual gatherings within the community.  NOTE:  All Meetup times are in Eastern Time!
  9. Earn Community POINTS by participating in Challenges, Meetups, Posting in Circles, and interacting with other's posts.  Like something?  Click "Inspired" and Comment!  Who will top the Points Leaderboard this month?  The Leaderboard can be found on the left navigation window as well.  Redeem your points for coupons towards my online courses!
  10. HOW TO ADD or UPDATE a CREDIT CARD for YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
This is a 2-step Process.  A) Add New Card or Update Old Card  B) Attach Your Subscription to the New Card.
  1. Log in to AlexianMusic.com on a computer.
  2. Click on your Avatar Photo in the upper right corner.
  3. Click on SETTINGS in the dropdown menu
  4. Change the tab on the following screen to BILLING INFORMATION
  5. (Before we go any further, you need to understand that there are 2 sections to update.  A) What cards are on file  B) Which card is connected to any subscription(s) you may have.
  6. You can Add a New Card on the current "Billing Info" screen... OR to SWITCH cards for your SUBSCRIPTION(s) already on file:
  7. Scroll down to your ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTIONS at the bottom of the page and then...
  8. Click on the 3 DOTS that appear when you hover over the very right side of the subscription plan you wish to update.
  9. Then you can choose to Update Your Payment Method for that specific subscription, using any of the cards that are currently on file.

 

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
If you need to cancel your subscription at any point please follow these directions:  
  1. After you are logged into your account on a computer, click on your AVATAR PHOTO in the top right corner.  
  2. From the resulting drop down list, click SETTINGS.
  3. Now click on BILLING INFO in the top right corner on the Settings Page.
  4. On the Billing Info Page, under the Active Subscriptions section, Click the RED CANCEL BUTTON.
  5. Confirm your cancellation.
  6. Your current access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
