We’ll be advertising, promoting, and selling your concert tickets through Alexian's email list, and extensive social media following.

DURING: Promotion of your website and merch

During the concert, your artist website will be displayed intermittently as a text overlay , so that you can promote the sale of your recordings and merch that you have available for sale, and even ask for tips.

AFTER: Artist-Sponsor Showcase

After the concert, your artist name and link will be added to our PMCS web page as a past performer to keep the web traffic coming!

Once you apply, you'll receive a series of emails with further instructions including how to schedule a live video chat meeting with Alexian in order to work out the details.

  • You set the ticket price (minimum of $12/ticket).  We split the "door" (after expenses*) 25/75, 25% to me, 75% to you!  This pays for the actual show team and helps with infrastructure costs.  The team includes a show host and live show operator (usually myself) and a 2nd live show operator to help stay on top of live comments from fans that are watching.  (*Expenses:  Credit Card Processing, and -10% on any Affiliate team referral ticket sales)
  • Your concert will be promoted to my email list and all of my followers + the sponsor's list & followers multiple times!
  • Your concert will also be promoted by my growing affiliate team.

  • I charge no upfront fees.
  • I set up all the online tech and handle all the ticket sales.  
  • You concentrate on marketing the concert to your fans/followers using the graphics and links I provide, and most importantly, preparing for your concert performance!
  • Each concert will have either ONE (1) Exclusive Sponsor <OR> ONE (1) Main Sponsor & TWO (2) Supporting Sponsors.  100% of sponsor fees go directly to myself and my team to pay for the work we do in advance and the infrastructure.
  • Exclusive Sponsors will get a 1 minute video commercial played during the concert promoting their business 
  • Main Sponsors get a 30 second video commercial played during the concert promoting their business, while Supporting Sponsors get 15 seconds each. 
  • I will meet with you inside the streaming studio for a tech check (if needed) at least by the day before the concert, and I will meet with you again for a quick sound check 30 min before the pre-concert meetup or before the show, if no pre-concert meetup is scheduled.
  • Receive tips throughout the show using your own tip link, or I can set this up for you on my website for the same 25% split.  The Tip link will be shown as a text overlay during the concert.
  • Sell your own merch while you're playing (including digital downloads) through your own website.  Again, a text overlay of your web address will be shown during the concert.
  • Prompt payment to you after the show via PayPal, with a detailed sales report.
  • To become a PMCS artist, you must fill out the form on this page.  This will send you a series of emails which contain further instructions, including scheduling a meeting with Alexian live on video chat.
  • Artists are required to market the concert to their email list and to their social media followers using the graphics & links I provide. Between my list/followers, the sponsor's list/followers, and YOUR list/followers, we will do a great job cross-promoting all involved!
  • Support OTHER PMCS Artists by signing up to be an Affiliate, and refer people to purchase tickets for THEIR concerts and make a 10% referral commission. It's a great way to support your fellow Pagan Musicians and get paid for helping!  Affiliates can also refer people to my online courses and my "Coven of Cool Kats" community on my website, both of which are a 25% referral commission!
