  • Each show or concert will have either ONE (1) Exclusive Sponsor <OR> ONE (1) Main Sponsor & TWO (2) Supporting Sponsors.
  • Exclusive Sponsors ($250) get a 1 minute video commercial played during a music concert promoting their business.  If an Alexian Show, Alexian will talk about your business for 1 minute and show your logo and link.
  • Main Sponsors ($150) get a 30 second video commercial played during a music concert promoting their business, while Supporting Sponsors ($75) get 15 seconds each. If an Alexian Show, Alexian will talk about your business for 30 seconds or 15 seconds (respectively), while showing your logo and link.
  • All sponsors produce their own video commercials for music concerts. All video commercials must be approved by Alexian.  For an Alexian Show, sponsors provide a fact sheet with bulleted talking points to mention.  All talking points must be approved by Alexian.
  • To make a bid to be a sponsor, you must first join the sponsor list by filling out the form to the left to be notified about opportunities
  • When you receive an email with a sponsorship opportunity, DO NOT WAIT!  The early bird gets the sponsorship.
  • Bids are placed by emailing [email protected].  Bids are time-stamped by the email server.  Bids only close when Sponsors have signed the contract and paid their sponsorship fee. Once an opportunity closes, the entire list will be notified.
  • The 1st Exclusive Sponsor ($250) bid will knock out any pending bids for Main/Supporting Sponsors and the opportunity closes after the contract is signed and payment is made.
  • If no Exclusive sponsor bid comes in, but a Main Sponsor and 2 Supporting Sponsors are found, then the opportunity closes after the contracts are signed and all payments are made.
  • Sponsors are required to market the concert to their email list and to their social media followers using the graphics & links we provide. Between my list/followers, the guests' list/followers, and the sponsors' lists/followers, we will do a great job cross-promoting all involved!
  • Sponsors can also sign up to be an Affiliate as well for free, and refer people to purchase tickets for music concerts and make a 10% referral commission,. Affiliates also can refer people to my online courses and my "Coven of Cool Kats" community on my website, both of which are a 25% referral commission!
